Terms of Service
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Blood And Water LLC (“Blood & Water,” “we,” “us”). They cover our website, courses, memberships, coaching programs, hair tests and live calls. Each section starts with a short summary to help you, but the full section is what applies.
1. Agreeing to these terms
In short: By using our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older.
- These terms apply when you visit bloodandwater.com, create an account or buy anything from us. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our site or products.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.
- Our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy are part of these terms.
2. Education, not medical care
In short: We teach mineral balancing. We don’t diagnose or treat disease, and we’re not your doctor. You’re responsible for your own health decisions.
- Everything we offer is for education only. That includes courses, protocols, calls, community posts and hair test reviews. None of it is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
- Our practitioners’ credentials vary and may include nutrition and hair tissue mineral analysis certifications. They aren’t acting as your doctor, and working with us doesn’t create a doctor-patient relationship.
- Talk to your doctor before changing your diet, taking supplements or starting a protocol. This matters most if you’re pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition.
- Don’t stop or change any medication without your doctor’s guidance.
- Some steps, such as detox routines and liver cleanses, can cause discomfort. Stop and get medical help if you feel unwell.
- In a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
- You decide whether to follow any protocol or take any product, and you’re responsible for those choices.
- Statements about supplements and protocols haven’t been evaluated by the FDA. Our products aren’t intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- We’re a private education company, not a school. Our programs don’t lead to a degree, license or accredited certification.
3. Results vary
In short: Testimonials show real experiences, not typical or guaranteed results.
- The testimonials on our site come from real clients. Their results depend on their health history, starting point and how closely they followed the protocol. Your results may be different.
- We don’t promise any specific result, including weight loss.
- We don’t pay for testimonials.
4. Your account
In short: Keep your login private. Your access is for you alone.
- After you buy, you get access through our member area. Give us a valid email address and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login private. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
- Your access is for one person and can’t be transferred. Don’t share your login or course materials.
5. Buying from us
In short: Prices are in US dollars. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel, and payment plans must be paid in full.
- Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added where the law requires.
- Stripe processes our payments. We never see or store your full card number.
- By paying, you confirm you’re allowed to use that card or account.
- One-time purchases, like the 14-Day Mineral Reset, are charged once.
- Memberships, like the Masterclass membership, renew automatically every month or year. We charge your card at each renewal until you cancel. We show the price and renewal terms before you buy, and you agree to them at checkout.
- A discounted introductory price applies only to the first billing period, unless the offer says otherwise.
- If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it. If it still fails, we may pause or end your membership.
- Your card issuer may send us updated card details, such as a new expiry date, so your membership isn’t interrupted. You can opt out of this with your card issuer.
- Coaching programs (3 and 6 months) are fixed-term packages. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay every installment, even if you stop participating.
- We may change prices for future purchases. For memberships, we’ll email you 7 to 30 days before a price change takes effect, so you can cancel first.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed by mistake or we suspect fraud. If we do, we’ll refund you in full.
6. Refunds and cancellations
In short: The 14-Day Mineral Reset has a 14-day money-back guarantee. You can cancel a membership online anytime. Other purchases are final.
- Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the details and is part of these terms.
- If you have a problem with a charge, please email support@bloodandwater.com before contacting your bank. We can usually fix it faster.
7. Hair test kits
In short: An independent lab tests your hair sample. Results are educational, not a diagnosis.
- Some programs include a hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA) kit. Analytical Research Labs, an independent lab, tests the samples.
- Hair test results are educational. They aren’t a medical diagnosis, and hair products or how the sample was collected can affect them. Follow the kit instructions carefully.
- Give us an accurate shipping address. We aren’t responsible for kits sent to a wrong address you gave us.
- A carrier’s delivery confirmation counts as proof that your kit was delivered.
- Shipping and lab times vary, and we aren’t responsible for carrier or lab delays. If your kit arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us and we’ll help.
8. Live calls and recordings
In short: Live calls are recorded. Your part is only used in marketing if you say yes.
- Group and 1:1 calls are recorded. By joining a call, you agree to be recorded. We’ll also remind you at the start of each call.
- Group call recordings may be shared with members of that program. Only our practitioners and owners can see 1:1 call recordings.
- We only use a recording, or any part of it, in marketing after the person in it gives us written permission.
- If you’d rather not appear on a group recording, keep your camera off and use your first name only.
- Rescheduling and missed 1:1 calls are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Community rules
In short: Be respectful, keep other members’ information private, and don’t sell in the community.
In the community and on calls, please:
- be respectful: no harassment, hate speech, threats or abuse
- keep what other members share private: don’t copy or share their posts, names or health details outside the community
- don’t give medical advice, or promote your own products, services or links without our permission
- don’t post anything false, illegal, or that you don’t have the right to share
- don’t collect other members’ personal information
We may remove posts, and suspend or remove members who break these rules.
What you post: You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to show it in the community and use it to run our programs. We’ll ask you first before using your posts, story or photos in marketing.
Testimonials: If you give us a testimonial, you let us use it in our marketing with the name and photo you provide. You can ask us to stop using it in new marketing at any time.
Ideas and feedback: If you send us suggestions, we may use them without paying you.
10. Recommended products and other websites
In short: We earn commissions on some products we recommend. Other companies’ products and websites follow their own terms.
- Some links and discount codes in our courses, emails and community are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission.
- You don’t have to buy any product to follow our programs. The 14-Day Mineral Reset includes a version that doesn’t require supplements.
- Products from other companies are sold by those companies, and their terms, shipping and returns apply. Check labels and talk to your doctor before taking any supplement.
- Our site and social media may link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
- Comments on our social media pages belong to the people who post them, not to us.
11. Our content
In short: Our courses and materials are for your personal use. Don’t copy, share or resell them.
- Everything we create belongs to Blood & Water and is protected by copyright and trademark law. That includes videos, text, PDFs, protocols, graphics, and our name and logo.
- You may use it for your own personal learning. Without our written permission, you may not copy, record, share, resell, teach or publish it, or build a business from it. You may download files only where we offer a download.
- You may not use our content to train AI models.
- Copyright complaints: If you believe something on our site infringes your copyright, email support@bloodandwater.com with “Copyright notice” in the subject line. Include a description of your work and where the material appears on our site, and your contact details. Also include a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you own the copyright or may act for the owner. Sign it, physically or electronically. Our copyright agent is Blood And Water LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.
12. Using our site
In short: Use the site lawfully and don’t try to break it.
You agree not to:
- break any law while using our site or products
- hack, overload, scrape or disrupt the site or our systems, or get around its security
- upload viruses or other harmful code
- use someone else’s account or payment details
- give false information when you sign up or buy
13. Ending access
In short: We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
- We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, share your login, give false information or misuse the community.
- If we end your access because you broke these terms, you won’t get a refund.
- You can stop using our site and products at any time. To stop a membership from renewing, cancel it as our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains.
- We may change or stop offering parts of our site or programs. If we stop a program you’ve paid for before you receive it, we’ll refund the part you didn’t get.
14. Disclaimers and limits on our liability
In short: Our site and programs come “as is.” Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
- We provide our site, programs and products “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises about them beyond what these terms say. That includes any implied promise that they’ll suit your purpose or be free of errors, interruptions or viruses.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, Blood & Water and its owners, team and contractors aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. This covers your use of, or inability to use, our site, programs or products.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- You agree to cover our costs, including reasonable legal fees, if someone brings a claim against us because you broke these terms or the law, or violated someone else’s rights.
- Some places don’t allow these limits, so some may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
15. Resolving disputes
In short: Contact us first. If we can’t fix it, Wyoming law applies and cases go to court in Wyoming, unless your local law gives you other rights.
- If you have a problem, email support@bloodandwater.com. We’ll try to resolve it within 30 days. Please give us that chance before starting a legal claim.
- Wyoming law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Court cases go to the state courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the federal courts for the District of Wyoming. Either of us may instead bring a claim in small claims court where you live.
- If you live outside the US, you may also have rights under your local consumer laws that these terms can’t take away.
16. Text messages
In short: If you opt in, we text you about events, updates and offers. Reply STOP to opt out anytime.
- Program: Blood & Water texts about webinar reminders, event notices, appointment confirmations, product updates, educational content and occasional offers.
- Consent: We only text you if you opt in. Opting in isn’t required to buy anything.
- Frequency: Varies, up to 10 messages a month.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out: Reply STOP to any message. QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE and OPT OUT also work, as does telling us any other reasonable way. We’ll send one confirmation, then stop texting you, usually right away and always within 10 business days.
- Help: Reply HELP, or email support@bloodandwater.com.
- Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your phone number.
17. Changes to these terms
In short: If we change these terms, we’ll update the date here and email you about major changes.
- We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
- For major changes, we’ll email active customers before the changes take effect.
- Changes apply from the date they take effect. They don’t change the terms of an order you’ve already paid for.
18. Other legal details
In short: Standard terms about how this agreement works.
- If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
- These terms and the policies they include are the entire agreement between you and us about our site and products.
- If we don’t enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
- You can’t transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours if our business is sold or reorganized.
- We aren’t responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as outages, natural disasters or carrier problems.
- We may send notices, receipts and agreements by email. Electronic communications count as “in writing.”
- Terms that by their nature should continue after this agreement ends will continue. That includes our content rights, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute terms.
