Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
This policy explains what information Blood And Water LLC collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Health information gets extra protection, explained in section 4 and in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
In short: Blood And Water LLC is responsible for your information. Reach us at support@bloodandwater.com.
- Blood And Water LLC (“Blood & Water,” “we,” “us”) is a Wyoming company at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We’re responsible for the information this policy describes. Under European and UK law, we’re the “controller.”
- This policy covers our website, courses, memberships, coaching, hair tests, calls, community, emails and texts. It doesn’t cover information about our own team or contractors.
- Our founder oversees privacy. Contact: support@bloodandwater.com.
2. What we collect
In short: Your contact and purchase details, your answers and health information, and data about how you use our site and find us through ads.
| Type | Examples | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Contact details | Name, email, phone number, shipping address | You, when you sign up, buy or book |
| Purchase details | What you bought, price, billing address, last 4 digits of your card | You and Stripe. We never see your full card number. |
| Survey answers | Your goals, budget, what you’ve spent and tried, and your country | You, in our surveys |
| Health information | Symptoms, health history, hair test results, progress check-ins, and what you share on calls | You and Analytical Research Labs |
| Program activity | Lessons watched, logins, community posts, call recordings | Kajabi, Wistia and Zoom |
| Messages | Emails, texts and support requests | You |
| Device and usage data | IP address, approximate location, browser, device, pages visited, links clicked, and which ad or link brought you here | Cookies and similar tools on our site, and ad platforms (section 5) |
3. How we use it
In short: To deliver what you bought, support you, send messages you agreed to, run our business and measure our ads.
We use your information to:
- deliver the courses, memberships, coaching, hair tests and calls you sign up for
- build and adjust your protocol and track your progress (health information: see section 4)
- process payments, refunds and cancellations
- send emails and, if you opt in, texts (sections 7 and 8)
- answer your questions and support requests
- see which ads and pages work, and improve them (section 5)
- decide which new signups are a good fit for a call with our team, using survey answers about budget and spending, never health answers
- prevent fraud, keep the site secure and enforce our terms
- keep records the law requires, such as tax records
4. Health information
In short: We use health information only to run your program. Only our practitioners and owners can see it, and your health answers never go to advertisers.
- We collect health information only when you choose to share it, and only with your consent. That includes surveys, intake forms, hair tests and calls.
- We use it only to understand your situation, build and adjust your protocol, and track your progress.
- Only our practitioners and the owners of Blood & Water can see it. Companies that store or process it for us, such as our survey, course and lab providers, may use it only to provide their service to us.
- We never sell health information. We never send your answers to health questions to Meta, Hyros, Google or any other advertising or analytics company.
- Our ad tools do record which pages you visit on our site. Because our site covers health topics, that can show an interest in a topic such as menopause. Section 5 explains this and how to say no.
- We keep health information after your program ends, so it’s there if you come back. You can ask us to delete it anytime (section 9).
- We aren’t a healthcare provider covered by HIPAA, so HIPAA doesn’t apply to us. We protect your health information as this policy describes and follow consumer health privacy laws where they apply. People in Washington and Nevada have extra rights, explained in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies, the Meta pixel, Hyros and Google Analytics
In short: These tools tell us which ads bring people to our site and what they do there. Meta and Hyros can connect this to you. You can say no.
| Tool | What it collects | Why we use it |
|---|---|---|
| Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) | Pages you visit, actions like signing up or buying, IP address, browser, device and cookie IDs. It may also send your email address in a scrambled (hashed) form so Meta can match you to your Facebook or Instagram account. | To measure our ads, show them to people likely to be interested, and show ads to people who’ve visited our site |
| Meta survey score | After you finish our survey, a score based only on your budget and spending answers, never your health answers | To help Meta find people similar to our best-fit customers |
| Hyros | Ad clicks, pages visited, email address, purchases, IP address and device, linked across visits and devices. Hyros may send signup and purchase events back to Meta. | To see which ads lead to sales |
| Google Analytics | Pages visited, time on site, approximate location, device, browser, and how you found us | To understand how people use our site |
| Essential cookies (Kajabi, Stripe, Cloudflare) | Login status, checkout details, security checks | To make the site work and keep it secure |
Meta and Google also use this data under their own privacy policies, and may combine it with other information they have about you.
Your choices:
- Cookie settings: Visitors in the EU and UK see a cookie banner, and we don’t load advertising or analytics tools until they accept. Anyone can change their choices anytime with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of our site.
- Your browser: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like checkout, may stop working.
- Google Analytics: Install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Meta: Change your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram Accounts Center.
- Industry opt-outs: For companies that take part, you can opt out at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.

- Our site doesn’t respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

We may also share information:
- with practitioners and contractors who work with us, under confidentiality
- when the law requires it, or to protect people’s safety, prevent fraud or defend our rights
- with a buyer if we sell or merge the business, who must honor this policy for information collected under it
- with anyone else, only with your permission
“Sale” and “sharing”: We don’t sell your information for money. Some US state laws treat sending data to ad companies like Meta for targeted ads as a “sale” or “sharing.” To opt out, email support@bloodandwater.com with “Do not sell or share” in the subject line, or turn off advertising cookies in Cookie settings. We’ll then stop including your information in what we send to our ad partners.
7. Emails
In short: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime.
- When you sign up or buy, we send emails about your purchase and account, plus educational content and offers.
- Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe, you’ll still get emails about your purchases and account, like receipts and renewal reminders.
8. Text messages
In short: We only text you if you opt in. We never share your number for anyone else’s marketing. Reply STOP to opt out.
- We only text people who opt in on our forms. Opting in isn’t required to buy anything.
- We send webinar reminders, event notices, appointment confirmations, product updates, educational content and occasional offers. Up to 10 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out. QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE and OPT OUT also work, as does telling us any other reasonable way. You’ll get one confirmation, then no more texts. Reply HELP for help.
- GoHighLevel and mobile carriers handle your number only to deliver our texts.
- We don’t share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The sharing described in section 6 doesn’t include text-message opt-in data or consent.
9. Your rights and choices
In short: You can ask to see, fix, delete or download your information, or stop marketing. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we have about you, and give you a copy
- correct information that’s wrong
- delete your information
- send your information to you in a portable format
- stop using it for marketing or targeted advertising
- limit or object to certain uses
You can also withdraw your consent anytime, for health information, texts or cookies. This doesn’t affect what we did before you withdrew it. You can ask us to remove your testimonial or community posts at any time too.
How to ask:
- Email support@bloodandwater.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line.
- We’ll confirm it’s you, usually by replying to the email address you used with us. Someone you authorize can ask for you with proof of your permission.
- We respond within 30 days. If we need more time where the law allows, we’ll tell you why.
- It’s free, and we won’t treat you differently for asking.
- We may need to keep some information the law requires, such as tax records. If so, we’ll tell you.
If we say no: Reply with “Appeal” in the subject line. We’ll review our decision and answer within 45 days. If you’re still unhappy, you can contact your state attorney general or your local data protection authority.
10. If you live outside the US
In short: We’re based in the US, so your information is stored there. People in the EU, UK, Canada and Australia have extra rights.
- We and most of our providers are in the US, so your information is processed there. Where the law requires, we rely on safeguards such as our providers’ standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- EU and UK legal bases: We use your information to deliver what you bought (contract); with your consent (health information, texts, and advertising and analytics cookies); for our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving our business; and to meet legal duties such as keeping tax records.
- You can complain to your data protection authority: the ICO in the UK, your country’s authority in the EU, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. We’d appreciate the chance to help first.
11. How long we keep information
In short: As long as we need it. Health information stays until you ask us to delete it.
| Information | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Account, purchase and program information | While you’re a customer, and afterward so we can serve you if you come back and handle questions or disputes |
| Health information and call recordings | After your program ends, so you can pick up where you left off, until you ask us to delete them |
| Tax and payment records | As long as the law requires, usually 7 years |
| Email and text lists | Until you unsubscribe. We keep a record of your opt-out so we don’t contact you again. |
| Proof of your consent to renewals and texts | At least 4 years |
12. How we protect information
In short: We limit who can see your data and use trusted providers, but no system is perfect.
- We use encrypted connections, let Stripe handle card details, and limit access to people who need it.
- No website or system is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we’ll tell you as the law requires.
- Keep your login private, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
13. Children
In short: Our programs are for adults 18 and over.
We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
In short: We’ll update the date here and email you about major changes.
- We may update this policy. We’ll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date.
- For major changes, we’ll also email you. If a change affects how we use health information, we’ll ask for your consent again first.
