Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 30, 2026
This policy covers consumer health data we collect about people in Washington and Nevada, as those states’ laws require. It explains what health data we collect, why, where it comes from, who we share it with, and how to use your rights. Our Privacy Policy covers all other information.

|---|---|
| Symptoms and health history | What you share in our surveys and intake forms |
| Test results | Hair tissue mineral analysis results |
| Program and progress information | Check-ins, protocol notes, and what you share on calls, including call recordings |
| Signs of seeking health help | Signing up for or buying a health program, and visiting pages on our site about health topics |
Why we collect it
- To provide the program you asked for: to understand your situation, build and adjust your protocol, and track your progress.
- To support you and keep records of your program.
- To measure and improve our ads. We use only the last category above for this, and only with your consent.
Where it comes from
- You, through our forms, surveys, calls and messages

- Our website and its tracking tools, for signups, purchases and pages visited
Who we share it with
- Service providers that handle it only on our behalf, under contract: Kajabi, Typeform, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Stripe, Analytical Research Labs and Zoom.
- Advertising and analytics partners: Meta, Hyros and Google receive only the “signs of seeking health help” category (signups, purchases and pages visited), and only with your consent. These partners can collect information about your activity over time and across different websites.
- Affiliates: We don’t share consumer health data with affiliated companies.
- Legal requests: We share it when the law requires.
- We never sell consumer health data.
