Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains our money-back guarantee, how to cancel a membership, and how refunds work for everything else. It’s part of our Terms of Service.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In short: If the 14-Day Mineral Reset isn’t for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, we can’t refund it.

This guarantee covers the 14-Day Mineral Reset.
Email support@bloodandwater.com within 14 days of your purchase date and ask for a refund. You don’t need to give a reason.
We refund your whole order, including any add-on you bought at the same checkout, such as the Gut Healing Protocol.
Requests we receive more than 14 days after purchase aren’t eligible.
We process refunds within 5 business days, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Your access to the course ends once we refund you.
The guarantee applies once per person. If you’ve been refunded before and buy again, the new purchase isn’t covered.
The guarantee doesn’t cover memberships (section 2) or coaching programs (section 3).

In short: Memberships aren’t refundable. You can cancel anytime online, which stops all future charges.

Memberships, such as the Masterclass membership, renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly billing period. We charge your card on file until you cancel.
Membership payments aren’t refundable, including for any unused part of a billing period.
Cancel online anytime: manage or cancel your membership here. It takes a few clicks, with no call or email needed. You can also email support@bloodandwater.com with “Cancel” in the subject line.
Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
We’ll confirm your cancellation by email.
Yearly members get a reminder email 30 days before each renewal. All members get a reminder at least once a year with the price, how often they’re billed, and how to cancel.
If the price changes, we’ll email you 7 to 30 days before it takes effect, so you can cancel first.

In short: Coaching programs aren’t refundable for any reason. If you’re on a payment plan, the remaining installments stay due.

Our 3-month and 6-month coaching programs are sold as fixed-term packages, not month to month.
Coaching payments aren’t refundable for any reason, including if you stop participating or don’t use all your sessions.
You can stop participating anytime by emailing us. If you’re on one of our payment plans, the remaining installments stay due.
If you paid through a third-party financing company, your agreement is with that company and follows its terms. Stopping the program doesn’t cancel it.

In short: Everything else is non-refundable.

Apart from the guarantee in section 1, every purchase is non-refundable. This includes one-time Masterclass access, hair test kits, add-ons bought on their own, and events.
Where the law in your country or state requires a refund, we’ll follow it.

To reschedule or cancel a 1:1 call, give at least 24 hours’ notice by email or through your scheduling link.
If you miss a call without notice, we may not be able to reschedule it.

Email support@bloodandwater.com with your full name and the email address you used to buy. We reply within 2 business days.
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us before your bank. We can usually fix it faster.
